The University of California has a long history of Peace Corps service. Many of our faculty and staff began their public service careers in the Peace Corps. UC campuses send more alumni to volunteer than any other university in the country. And UCLA was one of the original volunteer training locations.
We are celebrating these connections by sharing the stories of our UC family who were in the Peace Corps on a website launching in March.
If you served in the Peace Corps, we want to share your story. Please contact , managing editor of integrated communications.
